Arrived to Izmir.

Izmir (Smryna) is beautiful as always. Family is together again. I

am enjoying it.

Kids are off to school. We are off to shopping.

Eagle has landed !!

I am immediately reminded why I love Istanbul when the car in front of us on the highway pulled over so the kid can pee...

Departing Seattle

Finally my porter arrived. Leaving for the airport.

Packing is almost done. Staying under 15Kg for the domestic connection in Turkey is a challenge. Winter gear for three little explorers are too much for a single luggage.

Ozcubukcu family is embarking their trip in Western Anatolia on December 19th. We will be visiting many historic sites. Smyrna (Izmir), Pergamon (Bergama), Cunda (Ayvalik), Asos, Tenedos (Bozcaada), Troy (Truva), Thermal (Yalova), and Constantinople (Istanbul).
